This is really a great, multi-use ball. We didnt have any problem with the pump: we inflated, deflated several times and absolutely no problem. My wife used the ball during her pregnancy as it had been recommended by the midwives, and now we use it to rock the baby and make her sleep: it is incredibly efficient!

Cannot understand what the bad reviews were all about! I ordered my gym ball on Monday and it was delivered today (Thurs) normal delivery. The instructions were quite straightforward and the pump worked well. Good value for money and hopefully it will get me back to fitness following two hip replacements.

I received this all ready to exercise - NO pump and more importantly NO STOPPER!!!! Even if I can pump it up - air escapes......... So very useless. Very poor quality control from Reebok - box was sealed and advertised with pump & DVD (not watched yet - what is the point!) Rather buy competitors' product.

When i first got the ball I thought my pump was faulty also, then I realised I needed to pull out the stopper in the ball to inflate it. Doh!

Ball was purchased as a present for my neice. She is very happy with it.
The pump is fine, in fact I think it is quite good and robust, wonder if it is an improved pump from one that prompted the customer reviews to be found elsewhere on this product.
The delivery was an issue. The first one was reported unable to deliver to unknowm address !!! Someone was having a laugh. The second one arrived quickly and correctly to the same address.
