The Y Plan and The Y Plan countdown July 23, 2006 G E Ak (Yorks England) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you want to see results and results quick, I say there is nothing better than to look into history, back in 92, I used to do these video religiously with fantastic results. After lending them out! they must have been that good I never got them back, but thanks to Amazon I have now ordered them again 14yrs later because I know I will get the results that I want and will eventually be able to exercise just 12 mins a day to fit into my hectic lifestyle.5 star not 1!

What a fabtastic fitness video. I am the couch potato type & have never been a gym member in my life. However, after 9 weeks of this video, I can't wait to do the follow day's routine and now do both work-outs back to back I enjoy it so much. I'm still a bit flabby, so I can't see the muscles too much, but boy can I feel them. I am so much stronger and more supple than before & can see myself using this one forever!!!
Fabulous! December 7, 2005 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is the first fitness video I ever used way back when I was 21. I have used it regularly ever since and it totally changed my body and my attitude to exercise. You do see results within 6 weeks and that then pushes you to keep going. I wish the Y-Plan still made fitness videos, because I think they are the best I've ever bought and even after all these years I'm still not bored of them. I hope they eventually release all their workouts on dvd because I would be lost without them.
Still works November 8, 2005 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I've had this video for years and always go back to it when I need to tone up. Just hard enough to make you work, just short enough to not put you off doing it even when you don't feel like exercising. I think 12 minutes a day, which includes a warm up and cool down, can't be bad in a busy schedule. Does look dated now, but it works. I have a bad back so as there is no aerobics it suits me.
Even I can do it May 29, 2003 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
A friend of a friend bought the video and really looked good after six weeks, my friend decided to have a go, so I was not about to be left out. I am quiet large and always on a diet and as for exercise well its enough walking to the car each morning. I have been doing the exercises for five weeks now and I really enjoy it. Level one is really easy to get used to and Level two is slightly harder. I am now on level three and I am really proud of myself and quess what I have found muscles!!!! Buy it
